A Cacao Ceremony

During a cacao ceremony, we come together in a safe and intentional space to drink ceremonial grade cacao, set intentions, and engage in practices such as meditation, breathwork, movement, shamanic drumming, and guided reflection.

The spirit of cacao is known to gently open the heart, enhance creativity, and support emotional release, allowing participants to connect more deeply with themselves and others.
