Energy Healing

Reiki Energy Healing is an ancient hands on healing modality that works on a physical, mental and emotional level to restore the body’s natural state of vibrant health and wellbeing, this is done by bringing the body into a deep state of relaxation, calming the nervous system and directing the flow of life force energy.

I intuitively read the body to find places of unresolved trauma and energetic blockages, I then channel the Reiki healing energy to clear and realign the chakras.

In addition to the Reiki healing energy I may use other tools such as crystals, sound healing, shamanic drum, breathwork & sacred smudging.

In Person or Online Reiki Healing

Every session will be a little different as it is unique to you and your needs at that time, sessions can range from 90-120 minutes long. During the first part of the session I will hold space for you, allowing you to express any challenges or anything that is coming up for you at this time, I might offer intuitive guidance if needed and may share other mindful practices that may help. Once you feel ready, we shall begin with you laying on a warm cozy massage bed, or if online in a cozy place you have created for yourself. We will have time at the end for integration.
